NEW Product UAV/LIDAR & UNSW TECHNOLOGY GRANT

Through the utilisation of the latest technology available, combined with highly experienced and fully equipped field surveyors, Linke & Linke Surveys have acquired an enviable reputation of delivering all projects on-time and within budget.

Surveying plays a significant and essential role in managing cost, schedule, quality and safety of any project. Traditional survey practice requires teams of professional surveyors to map out the field manually using conventional surveying techniques.

This process can be time consuming, while exposing the surveyors to the hazardous construction environment. A state of-the-art unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with LIDAR has improved the productivity of construction surveying considerably by leveraging the LIDAR technique. The system is capable of scanning sites with active laser and generating 3D point clouds.
